About us

Our Vision

To shape spaces that awaken curiosity and elevate everyday life — environments where exploration, wonder, and human connection become part of the architecture itself.

Our Mission

To design meaningful spaces that balance clarity and imagination.

Our 7 Principles

  1. Design from Curiosity

We begin with questions, not answers.

Every project starts by exploring what could be, not just what’s expected.

  1. Make It an Experience

Spaces should be felt, not just used.

We design moments of surprise, discovery, and emotional connection.

  1. Play to Discover

Play isn’t decoration—it’s a method.

Through experimentation and iteration, we uncover unexpected ideas.

  1. Tell a Clear Story

Every space carries meaning.

We translate purpose, identity, and message into spatial form.

  1. Design with People, Not for Them

Great spaces are collaborative.

We co-create with clients, users, and context to ensure relevance and resonance.

  1. Care About Every Detail

Wonder lives in precision.

From concept to execution, we refine relentlessly to achieve clarity and quality.

  1. Build for What Lasts

Sustainability is not a feature—it’s a responsibility.

We design with long-term impact in mind: environmental, social, and cultural.

Origins

Founded in 2013, the firm embraces the collaborative nature of making partnerships and connections.

Incorporating a multitude of voices, our work goes beyond merely elevating elements of design to creating an architecture with broad appeal.

Inés Guzmán and Gregory Melitonov prior to founding the practice worked for Pritzker Prize laureate Renzo Piano.

Both gained a great deal of experience on large construction projects in Manhattan as part of the design team for the Whitney Museum of American Art
